New Leader Foundation provides music, arts, educational training & employment programs for young people.
We also create business based solutions for delivery to other youth groups and organizations.
Where possible we supplement youth educational needs by relating our programs, as much as possible, to the prevailing national curriculum.
Our objectives are achieved by using our network of skilled trainers and internal specialists. They assist in the delivery of our training programs, and projects.
Our young people are shown how to become positively involved in all our programs, and discover the benefits of working together and giving support to their peers and colleagues.
Through our programs we encourage young people to become New Leaders within their communities. They are shown how to actively participate in our programmes which in turn helps them make plans, set goals and become the very best they can in their chosen career or vocation.
